Clams Casino Stuffed Mushrooms Pro Tips The first few times we made this, I used the biggest white mushrooms I could find. However, after a few goes, we decided that a medium sized mushroom is better because it’s a better mushroom to filling ratio. But obviously that’s up to you and your tastes. Stir in clams and remaining ingredients. Spoon clam mixture into mushroom caps. Move the pan to the oven and broil mushrooms for 7 to 9 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is browned.
